I love it! And so true. I often think of her when I see Heather and Paul together and the awkwardness that still exists between them - and there is no Maggie to act as a buffer or counselor anymore. Wonder what she would have thought about Heather getting hot and heavy with Victor Newman's son so quickly! I remember reading that SOD piece last year. I'm not sure if it ever appeared in the magazine - I think it was just an online blurb. It all sounded so positive and upbeat......how quickly things change. I always thought Maggie would have quite a future in GC. And they still haven't solved the JiMin murder! Maybe she'll come back one day -oh let me dream! But my biggest beef will always remain her frustrating and unexplained sudden disappearance from the canvas. I want closure darn it! And JT casually commenting "you're single now" to Paul just doesn't cut it! Kynn

As most of you know, I wrote her at her agency about three weeks ago. Tammy informed me that she and her husband have recently suffered a loss in their family. They have been in mourning and, naturally, have not had their minds on worldly things. Tammy also said that she and Guri are dealing with the serious illness of another relative. She wanted me to pass the message on to everyone that she will visit us on a more regular basis, once her personal family crisis has passed. In the meantime, let us all keep Tammy and her husband Guri, in our thoughts and prayers. Steve

Please send all correspondence c/o her Howard Entertainment address. This is her agency. Tammy reaffirmed this address herself in a later post in that thread. We are Tammy's extended family. For her, it was three hours later! Anyway, Erika mentioned, among other things, that she'd seen one of the current soap mags and read about Y&R. She went on to say she wasn't happy with where some of the storylines were going. Specifically, Erika finds Cloe absolutely despicable (In one of my more lucid moments, I remembered her name!). Plays bridge on Wednesdays with Mike & Ruth Sloan Posts: 1246 (07/21/08 06:29 PM) Administrator & Host, Tammy Lauren Forum Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite	I thought Victoria looked like a flapper right out of the 1920s, by the way she looked on the cover of Restless Style, which Jack Abbott is trying to turn into Restless Gossip! Looks like things are starting to heat up (finally!) in Genoa City. The whole David Chow storyline is looking more and more ominous everyday as Paul uncovers the deep, dark secrets of David's past. Then, there are the frighteningly dark clouds on the Newman Family horizon. According to the little TV blurb I saw, this Friday will bring quite a shake-up....no doubt, another Friday cliff-hanger that'll have Y&R fans wishing away their weekend to see what follows on Monday. It's so sad that Maggie Sullivan is no longer in the GC scene! I could just see her getting involved in the David Chow thing as she and Heather work with Paul to build a case for his arrest. I could totally see her busting David with Paul and Heather! I still wish that they would have addressed her disappearance. People on other message boards are still talking about Maggie and wondering where she went. I really liked Victoria's cover, it was very unique. Restless Gossip sounds about right, ofcourse that's Jack Abbott being Jack Abbott!

When they show Paul, he's in an outdoor setting, kissing a woman of slight build and long hair, who looks alot like Maggie. Christine was Paul's wife from 1996 to 2002. She hasn't appeared on The Young and the Restless since August 2006.

Early this morning, our daughter Erika, called from Florida. Her father-in-law, whose name is also Mark, suffered a heart attack yesterday afternoon. The latest is that he he is doing better and resting. The doctors plan on doing a stess-test tomorrow to see if he needs a heart catheterization, etc. Mark's dad is only 43. So, naturally, this is cause for concern, as heart problems run in his family. Please join me in sending up prayers for Mark's dad's speedy and uncomplicated recovery. I'm sending my thoughts and prayers along for a speedy recovery and good outcome. These things are warning signs so hopefully timely medical intervention will set things right and put him on the path to renewed good health. 43 is way to young to have to deal with heart issues. Hopefully there will be reassuring news. Coincidentally my daughter's bf's father also had a heart attack two weeks ago and underwent emergency quadruple bypass surgery. He's lucky to be alive but doing just great now with a good prognosis. There is wonderful support and intervention for heart patients these days so hope Erica's FIL gets the best care and Mark Jr.will be able to get reassurance that all is OK so he can focus on the challenges he has to deal with out there. Of course, we could all send boxes full of peanuts to the writers and demand that they make mention in, at least, ONE scene, as to what happened to our beloved Maggie!
