This time I'll bookmark the page so I don't loose it again! Started with the opening credit clips - the background period clips already gave me goosebumps! - so now have to find a nice quiet time when I have the 'puter all to myself to download This Joint is Jumping - is this the one that Tammy sings in? I noticed a James Stanley credited as a producer in the second season clip and got to wondering if this could be the same James Stanley who now writes for Y & R? ETA: Just did an imdb search and it is!

The Homefront episode, This Joint Is Jumpin' is the one in which Jeff (Kyle Chandler) and Ginger (Tammy) do the great jitterbug dance scenes in the Purl Roadhouse for the dance contest. The episode in which Tammy sings I'll Be Seeing You In Old Familiar Places is titled, So All Alone. Both are among my favorite episodes. This Joint Is Jumpin' really captures the spirit of the dance-craze of the 1940s....those Swingin' Years! Steve

I have been working on it (I hope I will be able to put it on the web, I've never done that before). I was wondering about the authorizations from CBS, Sony... I will need to created this site and to use Screen caps on it. Can somebody help me here? Thanks.

I miss Maggie. Her whereabouts hasn't been mentionned yet. Paul has appeared on only five episodes (since February 21!) and Heather hasn't been on a lot either.

Mathys, It sure has. I keep watching to see if the writers-that-be will, at least, add a scene addressing Maggie's disappearance from GC for the sake of Y&R's Paggie fans. I'm afraid, though, that this may well be an exercise in futility. The Paul & Heather characters also seem to have been shelved by the writers, at least, for the present. Right now, it seems to be mostly all about Victor and his offspring and, the whole Jeff and Gloria thing. A certain spirit has definately gone out of Y&R since Lynn and Tammy's departure. Tammy....hope you'll drop in on us soon! I guess, that "crazy-busy" schedule of yours is keeping you occupied. In the meantime...Shalom! Steve

I'm afraid I can't help you with the legalities but Bethany used screen caps on the transcript site here so maybe it isn't a problem (as long as you credit the source). If I can do anything to help (with magazine articles or pictures) let me know. ITA about the spirit going out of the show. I've been disappointed with the lack of character balance. I'm burnt out on Gloria and the Newmans and I really miss Maggie. It's frustrating her absence still hasn't been mentioned. CBS hasn't even taken Tammy's casting news as Maggie Sullivan off their newly designed website! Hey - maybe that's a good thing and she'll be back!! I know - wishful thinking!

I'm burnt out on Gloria and the Newmans and I really miss Maggie." Bakerlou, Yes, I'm with you there! And, I'm also really burned out on the whole "Jeforia" storyline. It has really run out of gas (or, petrol, if you live in the UK), and has become quite snorey. I missed Y&R today, as I was volunteering over at our church's food pantry, for awhile. So, I don't know if they mentioned anything in today's episode about Maggie's departure from GC. I guess, we'll be commiserating about missing Maggie on Y&R, for sometime to come. At home, we really enjoyed seeing Tammy and her interviews in the CBS Soaps mag. But, since she's no longer a cast member on Y&R, I haven't bought one for awhile now. Although, the other day, as I was standing in the check-out line at Ralph's, the cover of the latest issue on display indicated that the end may come for Victor. It's interesting that CBS hasn't removed the Maggie Sullivan character news from their website. Like you Bakerlou, as much as I'd like to take this as a sign that Maggie might return to CG, I'm not gonna hold out any false hopes. Steve "Prinz Eugen der Edeler Ritter...." You did a great job....much better than a techno-dummy like me, could've done! A great site for any Y&R fan who's a fan of the Williams's! Hopefully, Tammy will pay your site a visit and let us all know what she thinks of it. Still no word in any Y&R episodes, as to whatever happened to Maggie Sullivan. Although, over the last two weeks, there were a couple of scenes in which the writers could've done this. I've noticed that the storylines have started to become alittle more interesting. Speaking of Tammy, she's been absent for awhile, now. She did pop in about a week ago. But, she left no messages. I've been trying to cruise the net to see if I could find out about any new projects she may be involved in. But, I haven't been able to turn up anything. Although, something's got her crazy-busy, I think. Steve

Good point, Beth! Though Tammy's role on Y&R lasted only little more than a year, her character certainly made an impact on a couple of prominent characters. Maggie Sullivan's stint in Genoa City may well have set the stage for Paul's future regarding he and his daughter. And, that is, indeed, "Maggie"/Tammy's legacy. Steve
